Maybe not the best ever, but one of my favorites is from Ventura 7/22/85 methinks... Was in a post here recently. the whole Terrapin Drums Space Dew was memorable? For someone that doesn't remember much about most of the shows I was at...

84? Am I getting more seniler (ed) than I thought? Doooh, the question was for '87 or later anyhow... Was Mickey on a Conch Shell got the Whale sounds going...

3 of those green windowpanes didn't hurt either!!!

yep - the weekend after those 3 Greek Shows (including the Friday the 13th Full Moon Dark Star encore). Ragged but right. LA Olympics, Democratic National Convention in SF, and the Nobody for President bus up and down the coast....

Skies, the Grateful Dead did not perform on July 22 of 1985. Not in ventura, or anywhere else on that date.

Good try though!

For me it was Houston 1985 and Shoreline 1990 (I think). I admit I haven't listened to all the Dews in the late 80s though - only the ones I saw and remember without looking at set or show lists.

Hey now, Jessandra :for me ,as a french native, i surfed with GD for decades , not often knowing the titles of songs nor the words of songs .But knew the sounds and vibes at live shows perfectly well ! I never guessed it could ever become a must to remember the dates of about2OO shows I was at , 25 years later ! Forgot to tattoo it all ,but allthe vibes , fun, songs, deadheads , I got it all in memories still alive on the winds of cosmic trails !
